What an interesting day we had. Breakfast at the Granada Suites on West Peachtree and then off to the "Infusion Suite" at Peachtree Hematology-Oncology....Marlin with Wayne and Genie in tow.

Of course Marlin was giving us the one liners coming and going - he was really on his game today and kept us laughing...and me (occasionally blushing). I wish I could share some of Marlin's comments but well - you know.

We met Dr. Mininberg and he was kind and compassionate and cute (per Marlin). We also met Katie, Christy and Ashley - I know they will be taking excellent care of our Marlin.

First Day of Chemo

Today is Marlin's first day of chemo. He is in good spirits right now and keeping the staff entertained.

Marlin says that this is journey skipping down the yellow brick road but he does not think he is in Kansas anymore.
